1.3 - Overview of Recognizing Performance Process -
High Level Explanation


Below is a high level explanation of what you will be asked to do to enter your objectives and results into the the Recognizing Performance database.


1. Enter your Objectives/Results

The process is the same as last year except you will be entering each objective and result into the "My Performance" database.

During this phase you should ask your manager for feedback on what you've written and incorporate any editing suggestions from your manager.

 




 

 



 

2. Check that your information is accurate.



 
 

3. Submit your completed Form to your Manager

You will "officially submit" your form to your manager.

(Note: Don't submit until you have finished all editing!) 

Once you have submitted the form to your manager, you will no longer be able to view or edit your form until after the calibration meetings. This allows your manager to complete the form in private.

 





 

4. Your Performance Review Meeting

After your performance review meeting, you add any comments and sign the form electronically.
