Printing Your Performance Review Form |

| You may want to save your form as a Word Document, if you want to take it home to work on or just as a ready reference. | ||

Click on the "Print Preview Form" link. |

| After you click on the "Print Preview Form" link you will get a pop up window. |
|
|
| After the print preview pop up window appears go to the File drop down menu as shown and select Print. |
