This tutorial was created to guide employees and
managers through a new performance appraisal system. The purpose
was two-fold. One, to explain the technical aspects of entering
information into the system and two, to guide users through the
process of performance appraisals.

||This course was created using Articulate Presenter. The animations
and roll-over starting on screen 6 were created using Flash.
||Flash was used to recreate an Articulate Engage interaction. Because
of difficulties with right-to-left languages in Flash this interaction
was recreated using screen shots of the desired text and Action
script to add scrolling. Scrolling begins on the Review tab.

||This toolkit was created in response to an initial management
request for help cross training their employees. It expanded to
effort to expose the entire company to the merits of cross training
and provide managers with tools to facilitate that process while
minimizing the training departments direct involvement in specific
cross training initiatives.
